In the 21st century, the cultivating aquatic products will be the most stable and safety food source of aquatic products for humanity. A traditional outdoor method of extensive cultivating is neither good to maintain the good environment for fishes and shrimps, nor to increase the quality and unit’s output of aquatic products. This paper seeks to develop a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System by using automation, monitoring, communication and control technology. Using Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI), the SCADA system integrates including water-feeding, drainage, lighting, decontaminating, fish-feeding, oxygenating and heating facilities to real-time monitor and control of each cultivating pool.
